I used it every day, and I was kind of hoping I’d notice at least a little improvement, but... my balance still feels off. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I can’t really say it helped.

I bought this hoping it would be something I could use for a variety of workouts, but after a few days it felt a little more limited than I expected. It’s definitely fine for balance exercises, and I can see it being useful for that, but I was hoping for more ways to incorporate it into my routine. For the price, I personally expected a bit more versatility. It hasn’t been a bad purchase exactly, but it’s mostly ended up sitting off to the side.

I don’t know why it took so long, but I ended up waiting weeks and the board still never showed up. Frustrating experience overall

The box showed up crushed and was barely taped shut, which immediately gave me a bad feeling. When I opened it, the product looked like it had just been tossed in without much care. I don’t know, for the price I just expected it to be packed a lot better

I’ve been using the board for a bit and overall it does the job, I guess. With shoes on, the grip is mostly fine, but I was kind of surprised how much I slipped when wearing socks. After a while you get used to the traction, and it’s not terrible by any means, but I wouldn’t say it feels super secure either. It’s a decent board, I just think the grip could be better.

I bought this because I wanted to get into balance training, and I’m basically starting from zero, so I was hoping for a little more hand-holding. The board itself seems totally fine and feels like it’s made well enough, but the beginner instructions felt light to me. Like, if you already have some idea of what you’re doing, you’d probably figure it out, but if you’re nervous, uncoordinated, or just don’t know where your feet should go or how to safely get started, it’s not super reassuring. I found myself wishing there were more step-by-step tips or very basic beginner guidance. Not a bad product, just maybe not ideal if you’re a complete beginner like me.

It works fine overall, so no real complaints there. I just expected a little more for the price, haha...

I really wanted to like it, but it got boring fast. Using it felt kind of awkward, and after the first try, nobody in my house wanted to give it another go. I ended up feeling like I was begging people to play again, which just made me resent the whole thing a bit.

The cushion also loses its shape quickly and doesn’t feel stable at all. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better. Maybe other people will like it, but for me it was more frustrating than fun

I tried placing an order on Indo Board Balance Trainers, the checkout process was way more annoying than I expected. My cart kept acting weird, and when I got to payment, it threw an error even though my info was correct. I kept thinking, why is this so complicated just to buy one thing?

After that, it wasn’t even clear if the order actually went through. I didn’t get a clear confirmation right away, and the shipping info looked like it might not have saved properly, so I was just sitting there unsure what was happening.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating from start to finish. I probably wouldn’t order from the site again unless they make the whole process easier and less confusing

I’m still waiting for my return issue to be resolved. I’ve contacted support a few times and keep getting replies along the lines of “we’re looking into it” or “someone will get back to you,” but nothing has actually been fixed yet. Frustrating at this point.

The site feels outdated and messy. I had a hard time enjoying browsing around because everything looks kind of neglected. It just doesn’t feel right to expect customers to trust a place that hasn’t made the effort to keep things clear and up to date
